Parking & Travel

If you're driving, you can get to Bunjil Place Theatre via the Monash (Exit 22) and South Gippsland Freeways and the Princes Highway. Bunjil Place is approximately half an hour from Frankston, Ringwood, and Pakenham, and is around 40 minutes on the M1 from Melbourne CBD. 

If travelling via public transport, take the Pakenham Line to Narre Warren Station and walk 15 minutes or take the bus to Westfield Fountain Gate. 

Bunjil Place includes an open car park with 2-hour, 3-hour and all-day spots available. Accessible parking and 5-minute drop-off and pick-up areas are accessed off Patrick Northeast Drive. Above is a map of Bunjil Place for your convenience.

Essentials 

• Packed food (no nuts) 

• Correct dance shoes (named)

• Costumes

  • Finale costume

  • Studio costume/s (see your dance studio for details)

  • Combined ballet performance (if participating)

  • Combined commercial performance (if participating)

• Hair/make-up kit

• Named water bottle 

• Any necessary labelled medical supplies 

• Labelled bag for all belongings

• Spare tights/socks

Rehearsal Schedule

Finale 

The finale will be taught through video resources sent to your studio, allowing students to learn at their own pace and/or during their regular studio rehearsals. On the day of the event, time will be set aside during the theatre rehearsal to bring everything together, refine transitions, and finalise spacing for a spectacular group performance on stage.

Finale Costume:

Shoes: All black runners or jazz shoes (tan or black accepted)

Bottoms: Black bike shorts over tights (for example, bike shorts can be purchased from KMART for $4.00-$15.00). 

Tops: The Gala T-shirt - if you do not wish to purchase a Gala T-shirt, a plain black one is accepted.
